RULES
for artists
Each author can participate in all sections with one or more works, including previously released works.
There are no age limits, residency requirements, or citizenship requirements.
Short films with a maximum duration of 45 minutes are accepted.
There are no restrictions on the theme of the short films.
Finalists will be offered food and accommodation for the night of their screening.
Artists who want to participate in the Short Out Festival can submit their short films via Film Freeway and Fest Home.
Deadline for registration: April 30, 2026.

When the call for entries closes, the Festival's Artistic Direction will select the short films for the fifth edition.

All submitted works will be evaluated by the Management in accordance with the privacy of the participants and in compliance with the protection of their artistic and intellectual property.
OFFICIAL JURY
of SHORT OUT FESTIVAL
A jury of three members, drawn from all areas of the film industry, will select the winning short films and freely express their reasons during the award ceremony for the competing artists.

The jury may reserve the right to award special mentions or non-monetary prizes to specific technical departments.
